that's a wrap | 2015 [wisconsin portrait photographer]
I have been waiting all of january to do my 2015 wrap up. all because I want to share the amazing news that after months of thinking, I've decided to get some studio space. amy gaerthofner is an amazing wedding photographer in town who has a beautiful space; and she asked me if I would want to use the space (swoon). I thought about it for months and months. I was so torn. finally I met up with amy at a local coffee shop and she convinced me. I am so excited for this new step for casey hurley photography. if 2015 was this amazing, bring it on 2016.
along with the new studio space I am bringing some new concepts to casey hurley photography! I am making it a goal to meet face to face (in the studio space) with every single client of mine before we get together for our session. I want to get to know each client before they are pushed in front of the camera. I want them to first be comfortable with me! along with meeting in the studio space, I am also making all ordering done face to face so I can walk you through your order and help you out with any questions; then I can even show you examples so you know exactly what you are getting! I cannot wait for this step in my business :)
I can't believe after only a year of being in full time business that I've been able to meet and photograph the people that I have. I'm taking the time to THANK YOU ALL! you have made me positive that this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. it's scary graduating with a photography degree and then be pushed out into the real world to see if you can make it. this year was rough and I worked my butt off but I can now see how much it's paying off. you all are the reason I am making these strides. thank you for all the wonderful compliments, the hires, the facebook likes, seriously I can go on and on. I am my biggest critic so hearing all of your kind words push me forward and make me realize I'm doing something right. honestly I cannot thank any of you enough. thanks for making me so sure and so happy with what I chose for a career.
again, I can't THANK YOU enough. 2015 you were one for the books and I know 2016 will just be even greater!
