holiday traditions [wisconsin lifestyle photographer]

obviously I'm not over the holidays, or I just am slow and just getting to blogging this now. either way, the holidays are my favorite time of year. the snow covers the ground, families gather in each others houses, and kitchens feel with delicious smells. every family has a cookie decorating tradition (or at least I think so). this year I'm giving you a little look into my family tradition. three generations got together to bake and decorate all our tasty treats (which are no longer in existence).

we decided to get a little fancy this year with are snowflake frosting. :)

sometimes, in the middle of frosting a cookie, the icing bag explodes. hey, we got to eat an extra cookie though!
